1: Application:
Begin by filling out our online application form. This gives us insight into your lifestyle, home environment, and what you’re looking for in a puppy so we can help make the best match possible. Our puppy application is found here!
2: Phone Call:
Once we review your application, we’ll schedule a brief phone call to connect personally, answer questions, and make sure we’re the right fit for your family.
3: Reservation
Fee:
Secure your spot on our waitlist with a $500 non-refundable deposit. This deposit is applied toward your puppy’s total cost and may be transferred to a different litter up to two times prior to the 6-week puppy selection date. If the deposit is transferred more than twice, it will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
4: Receive
Updates :
You’ll receive consistent updates with photos, videos, and developmental milestones so you can follow your puppy’s growth and bond from the very beginning.
5: Go Home:
At 8 weeks old, your puppy will be ready to go home! Puppies leave with a personalized go-home bag, health records, and lifetime support from us. Final payment of $3,000 in cash is due at pickup, or by 7 weeks if a delivery option is selected.
TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS
We offer safe and reliable transportation options for families who aren’t local to us. Your puppy can be delivered personally by a flight nanny who will travel with them in-cabin and hand-deliver your puppy at your nearest major airport. Our local airport is LAX (Los Angeles International Airport) — we’re happy to meet you there at no extra cost.

​We also offer free ground transportation within 2 hours of LAX. If you’re located further, delivery is still available for an additional fee. We’re happy to work with you to find the best option so your puppy arrives safe, happy, and stress-free!
